What is BrowseAloud?

BrowseAloud is free software that reads web pages out loud. It can help anyone who has difficulty reading online, including people with mild visual impairments, learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, or those with English as a second language. 

To try the application, click on the BrowseAloud iconBrowse Aloud iconat the bottom of the homepage to launch the toolbar. The toolbar provides speech while hovering your cursor over a text selection.
