Night Heron Marsh
Night Heron Marsh currently stands as an undeveloped, natural area – a small haven in a rapidly developing community. Formerly cultivated farm fields, the preserve is a mix of restored prairie and natural wetlands, a haven for belted kingfishers, great egrets, illusive black-crowned night-herons, and great blue herons perching in willows.
