Loading...

Our employees, Board of Commissioners, and volunteers are here to help provide a supportive and friendly working environment that respects and relies on each individual’s expertise, skills and diversity, while also encouraging teamwork.

The District employs approximately 350 full- and part-time employees. Our staff is available to accommodate the more than 3.1 million people who visit DuPage County’s forest preserves each year. Additionally, the District employs over 250 seasonal employees and also has a limited number of internships available to provide young adults with the experience required to pursue a career in conservation.

How To Apply

Applicants must complete an online application for employment to be considered for any position. Kiosks located in the Office of Human Resources at the District Headquarters can also be utilized for application completion.

Applications must be submitted during the posting periods. A confirmation email will be generated upon completion of the applicant profile; however this does not guarantee completion of the application as the electronic signature is required.

If you are applying for a clerical position, additional position-related skills tests may be required.
