Danada Equestrian Center
Help staff with daily horse care and stable chores at a Kentucky-style barn in Wheaton.

Fullersburg Woods Nature Education Center
Mesmerize youngsters with puppet shows, nature games as you teach them about the wonders of DuPage County plants and animals at a state-of-the-art nature center in Oak Brook.

Kline Creek Farm
Engage visitors in the activities of an 1890s living-history farm in Winfield.

Mayslake Peabody Estate
Keep the legend and grandeur of Mayslake Hall in Oak Brook alive as a docent, gardener or researcher.

St. James Farm
Help maintain one of the county’s newest forest preserves, and teach the public about the natural and cultural history and architectural features of this well-known estate in Warrenville.

Willowbrook Wildlife Center
Share information with visitors, and assist staff with the rehabilitation of injured native animals at the District’s wildlife education and rehabilitation center in Glen Ellyn.

Natural Resource Management
Pitch-in and help to restore the District’s highest-quality ecosystems at forest preserves throughout the county.

Trail Patrol
Get fit by walking or biking while provide information and assistance to trail users at some of the District’s most popular preserves.

Volunteer Ranger Experience
Assist Forest Preserve District rangers with special events and archery and fishing clinics, or  provide valuable feedback as you engage visitors at the District’s off-leash dog areas.
