Recreation
From archery to a variety of winter sports, visitors of all ages can enjoy their favorite activities at several DuPage County forest preserves.
Some recreational activities that go beyond the routinely provided “basics” require nominal fees. These fees are meant to help defray costs to clean and maintain areas in a manner that is equitable to DuPage County taxpayers.
Information about related permits and fees are included on individual activity and facility pages, or visit Permits and Fees.
For upcoming Forest Preserve District recreation-related programs and events, visit the Calendar of Events.
