Native Plants Web Extra

Looking for that “something new” to add to this year’s garden? Then look no further than DuPage County’s natural landscape! Native plants are well-adapted to area pests and annual precipitation and come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. Stop by your favorite nursery this spring, or visit the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County’s native-plant sale at Mayslake Peabody Estate in Oak Brook on May 9 and 10. Happy gardening!
