Des Plaines Riverway currently stands as an undeveloped, natural area. It is open to the public daily from one hour after sunrise until one hour after sunset; however, parking facilities are not available. A gravel parking lot is nearby but is not Forest Preserve District property.

Located east of Madison Street. Public parking is unavailable at this preserve.
