Video Help
Having difficulty viewing our videos? Please read some of the suggested fixes below.
If you cannot see the video at all, or you receive a message about a missing plug-in, you probably don't have the latest Adobe Flash Player software installed. Please try downloading and installing the newest version of the Adobe Flash Player from the Adobe website.
If you can see the video but it won't play, try clicking the play button. You may have to click play more than once. This is especially true if you are using Internet Explorer.
If you can see the video but playback is choppy, try clicking the pause button, waiting a few seconds, and then clicking play. This should allow more of the video to "buffer" and download to your computer, which should result in smoother playback. This is especially true if your have a slower internet connection. The player only needs to buffer the video the first time you view it, so if you play the video again after it has completely downloaded, it should appear smooth.
If you are still having problems getting the video to play well, you can try clicking the Google video button on the player and choosing "Go to Google Video." This will take you to Google Video and you should be able to view our videos there. If you are still having difficulty, try Google's Video Help Center.
