DuPage Forest Preserves: Right at Your Feet

Created to bring added awareness to the long-standing, easy-to-find conservational, educational and recreational activities that await in DuPage County forest preserves, the "DuPage Forest Preserves: Right at Your Feet" theme is one that continues to be celebrated by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County.

Whether forest preserves visitors enjoy a leisurely lunchtime stroll or peddle a multipurpose trail by bike for exercise, countless opportunities are truly "right at your feet" as a forest preserve is no more than a 10-minute drive from every home and business in the county.

A calendar of programs is included in each issue of the District's quarterly publication, "The DuPage Conservationist," which is free to DuPage County residents and includes nature-related, historical and educational articles.
